I can't believe we are on week four of the 30 Day Mindful Yoga Project. Where has September gone?! I hope you're enjoying this program and are seeing results. Day 22:
- malasana pose 5-7 breaths
- lizard pose 5- 7 breaths then switch sides and repeat
- high lunge 5 - 7 breaths then switch sides and repeat
- supta gomukhasana 5 - 7 breaths then switch sides and repeat
- 45 minute yoga video for strength
- pause vid in the middle and spend 8 - 10 minutes practicing your chosen pose
- share your progress on instagram with #YBCmindful or the app!
Day 23:
- 5 minute silent meditation (read this first)
- warm up - breathe 5-7 breaths in each pose
- beginners do 30 minute side body and inner thighs vid, intermediate do 35 minute power yoga
- pause vid in the middle and spend 8 - 10 minutes practicing your chosen pose
Day 24
- 5 minute mudra meditation (mudra of your own choice)
- 10 minute warm up video
- 60 minute power yoga
- pause vid in the middle and spend 8 - 10 minutes practicing your chosen pose
Day 25
- 5 minute body scan
- 30 minute tone up video
- pause vid in the middle and spend 8 - 10 minutes practicing your chosen pose
Day 26
Day 27
- rest day
Day 28
- 5 minute silent meditation
- 10 minute warm up
- 30 minute vinyasa flow for balance
- pause vid in the middle and do this sequence twice through, switching sides on the second go
- spend 8-10 minutes practicing your chosen pose
Day 29
- 7 minute silent meditation
- 40 minute vinyasa with binds class
- pause vid in the middle and spend 4 - 7 breaths in each pose here, switching sides when needed
- spend 8 - 10 minutes practicing your chosen pose
Day 30
- 30 minute heart opening practice
- pause vid in the middle and spend 8 - 10 minutes practicing your chosen pose, then snap your progress pic and share on instagram with #ybcmindful or on the YBC app, on the yoga forum, or down in the comments below.
