Hey, everyone! Happy Wednesday! Today I've got a busy day of shooting on the agenda so I'm keeping this quick. This video is brought to you by Hoga, a company that makes a hot yoga system to ensure your yoga towel stays in place while practicing. It's a cool product - the towel and the mat have snaps on them you easily secure and you're good to go! See the video below for a lil' demo action!
Speaking of videos - for today's video, I'm sharing a 35 minute power yoga vinyasa class that builds up to forearm stand. It's definitely not appropriate for total newbies to the yoga practice, but anyone who is new to arm balances should be ok. On the day that I shot this, I'd just come back from an upper body workout at the gym, so my arms were jello - probably should've rethought that one, but hey, at least you'll see that I am really working on my forearm stand here!
The class starts off with a centering and then we move into gentle opening of the shoulders, chest and neck, and then get into some core work. From there, we go into a flow that will prepare the body for forearm stand practice. I hope you enjoy!
