I'm still going strong on my morning workout habit. It's something I started right around May, before I went to Greece to help with the jet lag and I'm happy to say I've kept it up. There's just something about a morning workout that starts my day off on the right foot.
Recently, I've been getting a few requests for a short yoga sequence as a pre-workout warm up so I put together this ten minute total body flow video and hope it'll do the trick.
