Are you happy the weekend is finally here? What are your plans?
I have been working like mad on my retreat schedule (let me know if you want to be the first to know!) and aside from a few quick trips to the gym and some errands, that's what I'll continue to work on into this weekend, but I am excited about it. I work because I love this ish!
Anyway! I'm excited to share today's post with you! I had some requests for longer videos so I made this 45 minute strength building practice and it'll gonna leave you sweaty and happy, and most importantly, strong. Well, maybe not immediately strong. You'll probably feel tired after the practice, but eventually it'll make you strong!
