One of my favorite things about my job is meeting the people behind small businesses I really love and believe in. The other week, I had the opportunity to try out a Bhoga block, which is a really sturdy, substantial wooden block with an ergonomic design that can be used in a number of ways to aid and add to your personal practice. It was so unlike anything I had ever used before that I wanted to speak with the guy behind the block and so I hopped on a phone call.
