Where are my beginners?! This video was made with the beginner in mind - my peeps who aren't super flexible or don't have a ton of strength (yet!). Today I'm sharing a 30 minute slow flow class that'll open up hamstrings, hips, chest and front body and leave you feeling de-stressed and peaceful...or at least that's how I felt when I finished...although I will say that I am looking quite shiny in the vid but that's studio lighting, not sweat - I promise this isn't that vigorous! I will have to bust out my powder for next time. Anyway!

But if you don't have the blocks, don't let that stop you from doing the video. If you don't have these particular blocks, or any blocks at all, just use what you have.
