Woo! We are at the final stretch! This has been such a great program, and I'm loving all the photos I am seeing on instagram and the progress I'm reading about on the Yoga Forum. I'm so glad we did it and hope you've enjoyed it. Below you'll find the suggested schedule for days 25 - 30.

3-5 minute legs up the wall centering
cat cow warm up - 1 - 2 minutes
pause video and spend 8 -13 minutes practicing your chosen tone pose
Day 26
pause video and spend 8 - 13 minutes practicing your chosen tone pose, then do the following two things before finishing the 30 minute video
1-2 minute warrior 2 holds each side (avoid these common mistakes)
share your progress on instagram with #YBCelfie and #YBCtone

spend 8 - 13 minutes practicing your chosen tone pose
spend 2-5 minutes practicing fallen angel pose
end with 1 minute happy baby pose and 5 minute supta baddakonasana
Day 29
1 minute child’s pose variation centering
spend 8 - 13 minutes practicing your chosen tone pose
spend 2 - 5 minutes practicing baby grasshopper or full grasshopper
Day 30
