Sometimes I love technology. Like the fact that I get to communicate with all of you and work from wherever I am in the world is mind-blowingly awesome.
Other times, I loathe technology. Like yesterday when it took over sixteen hours to upload a video that normally takes three hours.
I guess I can't really complain because it's up and running, and I think that if you're following the 31 Day Strength Program, you're going to love this new video. It's a full, 50 minute power yoga video with a focus on building upper body strength and working on arm balances. We've got crow, baby crow, baby grasshopper, regular grasshopper, headstand, forearm stand and more. I hope you love it - please let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
