I had grand plans today for a video, but I've come down with a bug and the video didn't happen. Sorry, friends. :( But I hope this suffices - I put together this heart-opening yoga sequence that works the chest, shoulders and hip flexors and I figured since we're working on heart opening this month, it'd be a perfect fit.
Start with a warm up (this is a good, quick option, and I absolutely love this shoulder stretch), and then aim for 3 - 7 breaths in each pose above, switching sides for number one. Rest as long as you want in child's pose at the end.
