Ok, so you've completed a full week of mindful yoga practice. How's it been going for you? Any changes that you're seeing? Anything challenging you're dealing with? Let me know down in the comments blow.
Here's the schedule for week 2:
Keep track each day in your journal to figure out how the practices are making you feel. What did you practice? What was your mindset before the practice? How did you feel after? Spend a few minutes writing in your journal at the end of each practice this week.
Day 8
- 10 minute morning yoga and breathing video
- 20 minute vinyasa yoga with a block
- pause video in the middle and spend 4 minutes practicing your chosen pose
- 15 minute yoga for chest video
- share your progress on instagram with #ybcmindful
Day 9
- 20 minute yoga video for tight legs
- spend 4 minutes practicing your chosen pose
- beginners- spend 5 minutes practicing crow pose. Intermediate people practice flying baby pigeon pose and advanced people practice flying pigeon
- spend 5 minutes in this pose
Day 10
- warm up in 5 breaths each side in this pose, and 5 breaths in sphinx pose and 5 breaths puppy pose.
- 5 breath downward dog
- 5 breath each side 3 leg dog
- 30 minute yoga to de-stress
- pause video in the middle and spend 4 minutes practicing your chosen pose
Day 11
Rest day
Day 12
- 40 minute power yoga video with binds
- pause video in the middle and spend 4 minutes practicing your chosen pose
- also take 5 minutes to practice a new pose with a bind
Day 13
Day 14
- begin in 5 minute supported bridge
- intermediate and advanced - 35 minute power class
- beginners - 20 minute beginner power
- both: pause vid in the middle and spend 4 minutes practicing your chosen pose
