Happy 4th, everybody!
Today's video, by request, is a vinyasa flow appropriate for all levels that uses a yoga block. We start with some core work using the block - a great way to build heat and really work the abs. Then we move into a flow featuring triangle pose, half moon and wheel pose using the yoga block. If you like it, would you consider giving it a thumbs up on YouTube as you watch? :)
In the video, I use a Hugger Mugger cork block, and if you're in the market for a block, I highly recommend this one. It's extremely high quality, durable, and heavy, which you want when you're using it to modify poses.
