Ok this is for my people who have tension in the hamstrings, hips, thighs and low back...so that pretty much covers all of us, huh? :)
No but really, if you're suffering from any of the above issues, give this a try. It's just over 20 minutes, and incorporates vinyasa flow to get the body warmed up, and then moves into seated and supine sequences to really open up the leg muscles.
