If you've been following along to the acro yoga series, you'll be happy to know we are back with part five. In this tutorial we cover straddle bat, which is where the flyer is upside down, perched on the base's feet. It's not as hard as it looks, although we had some laughs getting out of it. You sort of feel like an acrobat or something doing an assisted back flip out of it! Haha.
Definitely do not try this unless you feel confident in all the prior acro yoga series videos we've done. And be sure to warm up before giving this a try. I like the idea of warming up with a leg stretch for the flyer and a core practice for the base. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes down in the comments below!
