This week I'm bringing you a 20 minute yoga flow that focuses on core strengthening. The intention here is to build up the core strength as a way to prep for all the fun inversions like headstands, crow pose and handstands. I find that so many people want to begin practicing these inversions but don't know where to start. Besides upper body strength, core strength is a huge factor, so this video should help.
