Hey friends! How's the week going for you? It's sort of dragging for me - I've been feeling kind of under the weather ever since I got back from Morocco. I can feel that my body is trying to fight something off - I've been feeling really run down, and have low level inflammation throughout my body. Blah! I've been trying to take care of myself better (getting more sleep, eating more and more frequently, etc) and hopefully I'll feel better soon. :(
Anyway, I hope you're doing way better than I am. And if you're not, maybe this little yoga sequence will make your body feel amazing.
