This month we're focusing on making some major changes to the YBC YouTube channel, so the lighting was the first obvious step. Well, actually our microphone was the first step, and then lighting came. I would recommend this practice as either a warm up to a big workout or power yoga practice, or if you're a beginner - just do it on its own. As always, work within a pain-free range and always honor how you're feeling.
