Friends! Exciting news. I can finally reveal what the big opportunity was. I have spent the last month producing Sweat, a 60 minute yoga dvd and it's almost ready for distribution! I've been producing dvds from home for the last year or so and while I loved doing that (and will continue to make custom dvds), this one is much more streamlined, and of a better quality.
The Sweat Overview
Time: 60 minutes
Distribution: This will play on any computer worldwide, or on any dvd player in North/South America and Europe.
Program: centering and warm up, sweat-inducing power vinyasa flow sequence and standing/balancing series, followed by seated and core strengthening poses, supine postures, and ending with savasana.
Options: Throughout the practice there are suggestions for ways to modify if you're new to a certain pose or ways to go deeper if you're more experienced - this way you can start where you are and always be moving forward and building your practice safely.
Benefits: builds strength and endurance, improves flexibility, burns fat, calms the mind
Best suited for: anyone with a little experience with yoga (has taken at least a few classes), who is looking for a power yoga practice, and who loves to sweat.
