Here's a video I put together the other day for my intermediate yoga people. It's a ten minute yoga sequence that fires up the core, and tests balance. It's definitely not suitable for absolute beginners. Always work within a pain-free range.

If you're looking for a bit of a challenge in your practice this may do the trick. It's extra slow, as if you're moving through honey, and has core work, balancing poses, and works on lengthening the hamstrings. Hope you enjoy. Have a great weekend!
