Question 1, :11: My girlfriend is going to be starting yoga certification soon and I want to help her on her journey. She has mentioned your blog to me many times so I wanted to ask you for some recommendations to help her on her journey. Can you tell me the best brands for yoga pants, bras, mats, and anything else she'll need? I want her to be prepared without limitation from equipment.
Question 2, 8:47: How do you know you're ready to start practicing crow pose? Are there pre-requisite poses or skills you should've mastered first in order to avoid injury?
Question 3, 9:46: Short arms seem to be a problem for me in many poses, including crow pose. Do you think that's true?
Question 4, 10:48: I was pretty sure I had decent shoulder flexibility but when i tried to make necessary movement and rotation for king dancer pose, my shoulder was completely blocked. What poses and stretches do you suggest to focus on to increase shoulder flexibility and opening that are needed for natarajasana?
