Hey friends! Back with another Ask a Yoga Question video. I think I'll stick to videos from here on out. They may make me break out in hives but it's nice being able to demonstrate the answers. I will say that this particular video makes me cringe a bit - especially when I go over answer 1 because the words just weren't coming to me! Sorry about that, and I promise to try to spit it out faster next time. Hope you enjoy!
Question 1, :11: My girlfriend is going to be starting yoga certification soon and I want to help her on her journey. She has mentioned your blog to me many times so I wanted to ask you for some recommendations to help her on her journey. Can you tell me the best brands for yoga pants, bras, mats, and anything else she'll need? I want her to be prepared without limitation from equipment.
