Let's hear it for the weekend! What are your plans? We're headed to Berlin on Saturday. We'll spend the day hanging out there and then on Sunday we'll catch an early morning flight to Greece. Ok, today's post is a 15 minute video with the ultimate goal of bringing flexibility into the legs. Tight hips and hamstrings are often to blame for low back problems, so anyone suffering from low back pain might want to check this out. If you don't have back pain, but are just looking for a good stretch, this is the video to do. It's not a power vid - it won't get your heart rate up - but it is definitely the first step in lengthening tight muscles in the legs and releasing tension in the back. I hope you enjoy!
