Hey everyone! Hope you weekend was wonderful! This week we're starting off with the third suggested schedule for the Balance Project. I'm excited for week 3 of the balance project because it incorporates a bit more meditation work and I really do think that makes such an impact not only on the physical practice, but on what we're trying to attain off the mat as well. Let me know how it's going for you down in the comments below or over on the yoga forum. I'd also love to know what you'd like to see for April's yoga project - are you craving anything in particular? Let me know!
