Sorry to have to reference the warmer weather twice in one day (see today's earlier post), but I am pretty pumped for spring. Besides the obvious bonus of sunny skies and higher temps, it's also when we get to go back home after quite a few months in Europe. While I absolutely love being over here, I am definitely looking forward to visiting with family. And trying a SoulCycle class (have you been? Thoughts?). That's a pretty short list of to do's, so I should probably work on that.
Anyway, today I'm bringing back the sequence series, but with an updated format. The idea is to do poses one through seven on one side, and then repeat with the other side. I don't know about you, but I'm not as active during the winter- I'd much rather stay inside and lounge than go out in the cold, so this sequence was designed to tone and stretch the winter body. Breathe 5-7 breaths in each pose, and as always, move within a pain-free range.
PS- a yoga sequence for improved posture, a yoga sequence for legs, and a seated yoga sequence.
