I threw on my new favorite leggings (they meet all my requirements for a good pair of leggings) and put together this little energizing sequence.
If you're one of those people who experiences an afternoon slump where you just feel kind of lethargic, doing this quick sequence may help. Try to breathe three to five breaths in each pose, and always move within a pain-free range.
