Happy Valentine's Day, friends! It's been a great day here so far, and I'm looking forward to curling up and watching a movie tonight. There are so many news ones available to rent on iTunes, like The Dallas Buyers club and The Counselor (though - heads up - neither are romantic, so if you're more of a rom-com kinda person for V-day these aren't for you). Anyway!
Today, by reader request, I've got a 15 min yoga video for upper body strength and flexibility. It jumps right into it with shoulder work and core strengthening, so definitely start with a warm up like this gentle post run yoga video beforehand.
TIP: For the headstand - don't freak out! There is no pressure to pick your legs off the ground. You will get major upper body strengthening and arm sculpting just by hanging out in the prep position. If you do want to try coming up but are a little scared, do it against a wall. It's best to move very slowly, picking one foot up at a time rather than kicking up.
