Despite Thanksgiving feeling like yesterday, it's officially May, which means it's time for a new schedule for the exclusive section of our YBC App, available on iTunes and Google Play. For the month of April at YBC, we focused on various aspects of fear in our ongoing journey for for self improvement. On the App Blog, I talked about common fears in various poses and how to deal with them, and shared an exclusive heart opening yoga video to help you move past fear.
This month, we are shifting gears, and talking about eating better. My interest in nutrition and optimal health has been long documented here on YBC between I've shared my personal journey of gut healing through GAPS, and the surprising facts from this fascinating nutrition book I received for Christmas. On both the YBC main blog and the App Blog, we'll continue sharing content surrounding better eating this month.
