How to Use the YBC Official App

The Exclusive Section of the YBC App

The Exclusive Section of the YBC Official App is an extension of the blog. You will get weekly updates that include personal tidbits, and video and audio content that covers everything from yoga to nutrition to workouts to podcasts. 


How to Opt-in: To opt-in for the Exclusive Section ($1.99/mo), just go to the Exclusive Section on the far left, click anywhere within the interface as shown in the far left photo, and a new screen will pop up asking you to opt-in, as shown in the photo on the right. 

 

 

 

 

 


Once you opt-in, you'll see all the Exclusive Content which includes videos and audio content (pictured to the right). In February, we'll begin unveiling our podcast program. 

 

 

 


How to get access to the password protected blog page: In addition, there is a Members Only password protected blog page that will change every month. Each month, you can go to the very first audio clip in the exclusive audio/video section to hear what the password will be. Then, you go to Links on the bottom right of the app, and click 'Exclusive Section Blog' and enter the password you heard on the audio from the first of the most recent month. This special blog page will contain complementary information to what you see and hear in the audio and video content under the Exclusive Section. 

 


Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with the app, please try the following: 

1) Reboot the phone and try again. Turn it off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it on again and see if the app works.

2) Check if you have the latest app by going into the App Store and checking for updates. Update the app if you do not have the latest version and then try again. 

3) Uninstall the app and re-install. After re-installing, tap 'Restore' in the Settings of the app and try again.

4) If none of the above work, email appsupport (at) veam (dot) co. That is the support email of our app developer in Japan. We, unfortunately, are not that tech savvy, so they will be your best bet for help.
