Today's guided meditation was shot in Colorado, when we were there in October for our yoga and gut healing retreat. I was actually struggling with a bit of altitude sickness, which you can sort of hear at the beginning because I wasn't able to catch my breath! The focus of the meditation is the lengthening of the inhales and exhales. This is a great way to train your lungs, breathe better, and de-stress. Slowing down with your breathing is an effective way to help alleviate anxiety and tension, so if you enjoy this, stick with it. Try practicing three or four times a week with it and see how it impacts your life. I hope you enjoy!
