About two weeks ago I got a bomb desk and finally upgraded my work-at-home office space from the couch and kitchen table to the guest room. On one hand, the desk has been ah-mazing. I mean, how great is it not to have work stuff clutter the living room couch or the kitchen table?
On the other hand, since I have all my work stuff in one location, there's no reason to ever leave my desk so I find myself seated at this beast all dang day and by the end of the day I'm in pain! My low back and hips are on fire with twinges of sciatica sparking up. It's miserable!
So, I filmed this feel good lunch break yoga sequence for all my office people out there who have super tight hips and weak chests from being hunched over at their desks. It's just under 45 minutes (42, to be exact), and it intends to dissolve stress, open the heart, and release tension.
