I think we can all agree Monday ranks low as a favorite day of the week, so here's a little something to make it a tiny bit better. I made it with all my desk dweller people in mind - the ones who sit for far too long and have low back issues and tight hips and hamstrings. Because the ol' bosses would probably frown upon a full out thirty minute yoga break, I made it short yet sweet at ten minutes, and hope it helps someone out there to feel good today.
For chair yoga, I prefer these types of chairs, because not having wheels nor arm rests means you have a little more stability and space to play around with it. However, if you have a computer chair with both wheels and arm rests, the flow can still be done (proof!), just work your way around whatever gets in the way, and be mindful that the wheels aren't going to send you flying off the chair. :) Cheers to a good week ahead!
