Years back, I did a post on how to jump back from crow pose but I'm revisiting this topic because I've learned a few extra tips that weren't in the previous post that I think will be helpful to you.

Before you start, you'll need to be sure that you've got a solid crow pose - and be sure you're not making any of these common crow pose mistakes. You'll also want to be sure you have a solid chaturanga.
