Hello everyone! Normally I get a yoga video up on Tuesday or Wednesday, but with all the catching up I'm doing after returning from the Namaslay book tour, I'm just getting to upload this one today, Thursday. This week has been a whirlwind and will continue through the weekend, as I head to Jersey on Saturday to lead an arm balance workshop (a few spots left if you want to join!).
In today's video, I'm sharing a ten minute gentle yoga video that is perfect to slowly wake up or quietly get ready for bed. This is not a heart-pumping sequence. This is restorative, gentle, and slow. It's wonderful for de-stressing, and gently opening up any tightness through the neck and shoulders, arms and hips. I hope you guys enjoy.
