Hiit workouts have changed my life. A while back I wrote about how my workouts have changed over the years and aside from the heavier weightlifting, I would say that hiit workouts have been the other major key component to seeing quick results in becoming stronger, leaner, and with improved endurance. I love hiit workouts because they are effective, but I also love them because they are fast, so the agony doesn't last too long, haha.

In this hiit workout video, we are going to do three rounds of three minutes of three movements: air squats (12 reps), sit ups (9 reps) and push ups (6 reps). After each three minute round is up, we'll rest for one full minute. So it'll look like this:
Clock starts and for three minutes we will do 12 air squats, 9 sit ups and 6 push ups, 12 air squats, 9 sit ups and 6 push ups over and over and over again until three minutes is up. Then we will rest one minute and repeat that whole thing two more times.
