One of my first big deals this year was with Bosu®, to create content in partnership with them for 2021. I found a Bosu Sport Balance Trainer on sale, if you need one, and I highly recommend getting one - they are so versatile and are so helpful whether you’re rehabbing, working on balance, or looking for ways to further develop your strength training. I put this 18 minute workout together to hit legs and core - and it’s a good one! It’s also really customizable - if you’re brand new to working out, just do one or two rounds rather than all three. If you’re more advanced, and 3 rounds doesn’t feel like enough, add another round or two.
