I’m lucky that throughout the course of my life (and I’m knocking on wood here), I can count the number of times I’ve had a major illness or have been injured. Unfortunately, despite the few times I’ve experienced each, my mental state has always gone south. And understandably so. It’s hard being in a place where you’re unable to do the things that bring you joy due to illness or injury. It’s easy to fall into a pool of hopelessness and fear. In this week’s podcast, I’m discussing my personal experiences being injured and ill, and how a shift in perspective may help get you out of that feeling of hopelessness. This podcast is available on iTunes, Google Play, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, and pretty much anywhere you listen to podcasts. Or, you can also listen here. And if you have a second, would you mind taking this survey? We just want to get some demographics about who's listening to the podcast. Thanks!
