This thirty minute hip opening yoga practice will be helpful for my people with tight hip flexors, hamstrings, and inner thighs. Opening up through the hips usually also helps to alleviate minor low back issues, so that's an added bonus. In addition, hip opening will be helpful for poses like baby grasshopper, and walking all the way up to your arms when preparing for a headstand press. You'll need a yoga block for this practice (I always recommend a cork block because they're the most versatile).
