For my more experienced yoga lovers - here is a 15 minute power yoga video that'll work the core, arms, legs and back, test your balance, and encourage a good sweat. This sequence is for people who are getting tired of the same old poses, as it includes a couple interesting variations. The first is a side plank variation. A regular side plank fires up the obliques, but this variation takes it to a whole new level with the bottom leg extended. The second variation I added was to chaturanga, where the legs are in tree pose. This builds tricep strength, opens the hip, and adds a whole new dimension to chaturanga. I hope you enjoy!
