Someone recently requested a back body strength video and I thought it was a great idea, as I personally find that yoga tends to cater to the "mirror" muscles - the core, quads, and shoulders. This little video is a mix of power (holding postures for a longer period of time) and vinyasa (flow). I think that incorporating this video twice a week into your practice will yield results in the form of back body strength through the hamstrings, glutes, and back. Hope you enjoy!
