Hola! We're back with another push up party because the first one was just sooooo fun (#worstpartyever). Anyway, I can't resist a good time so instead of going up to five we'll be going up to eight. In case you're wondering, that makes it a total of sixty-four push ups. Which may or may not equal sore arms the next day. And the day after that. But in a hurts-so-good kind of way.
Anyway push ups are a great way to build upper body strength if you're looking to take your arm balance practice up a notch. And if arm balances aren't your jam, push ups are still recommended because building upper body strength may help prevent injury of the upper back, chest and shoulder area.
