Over the weekend, I took the advantage of having a gorgeous suite at The Marylebone Hotel in London and filmed a quick yoga for bedtime video.
If you've got trouble sleeping or just need a little help winding down, this yoga video is for you. It's a 5 minute before bed yoga sequence that's designed to quiet the mind and get a total body stretch to release any tension. I recommend pairing it with the 5 minute meditation from earlier this week either before or after (or both!) the bedtime yoga video.
