Hi friends! It's Tuesday, which means it's time for another yoga video. The YouTube channel is approaching 60,000 subscribers (what?!) and when it hits, I will release another 60 minute free yoga video. Today's video is a ten minute yoga warm up for chest and back. This is for my people who need a little warmer upper before their work out, runs, or more vigorous yoga practice. It's also just great for doing on its own to start the day off on the right foot because it's nice and gentle.
Because it's a warm up, it doesn't end with a savasana, as you're meant to go right into your next activity, but if you'd like to take your savasana then, just pause the vid and lay down. :)
