It's been a while since I've done a practice for intermediate yogis, so I recently put together this 20 minute power vinyasa yoga practice. There are some headstands, some balancing work, and lots of flowing, so it'll definitely get your heart rate up and challenge you! Before you begin, start with a warm up, because we jump right into it with this video. As always, work within a pain-free range and always listen to your body, taking breaks as needed.
