We're back with another Practice Makes Progress, and this time I'm looking back at how far my grasshopper pose has come. 

I'm often asked for poses to practice once crow pose has arrived. Generally, the questions come from people who have newly transitioned from beginner to intermediate student and they have the strength and confidence to play around, but just aren't really sure where to begin. If this sounds like you, grasshopper might be the perfect pose to start with.
