With New Year’s resolutions still fresh in our minds I know some of you are planning to get back on your mat or back in the gym more often this year. For me, getting to the gym isn’t about working towards the “perfect body” - spoiler alert: there is no such thing. I drag myself to the gym because I know there are a multitude of health benefits from staying active. Plus, I always feel on-top of the world when I strut myself right out that gym door after a killer workout - nothing can beat that post-gym high.
