Blogging is tough in that you really do need to hustle in order to make ends meet. But it also comes with many perks - one of which is trying out new products before they hit the market. When OMsignal reached out to us to try this wearable technology (essentially a sports bra with a bluetooth attachable piece that connects to an app on your phone), I was all for it. The app is super helpful and gives all sorts of data from your current heart rate, calories burned, and a push score for lifters so you can see your level of exertion. It seemed pretty cool so I put it to the test and created a quick burpee party video. Not as terrible as the push up parties, which I think we can all agree are the #worstpartiesever, but the burpee party will get your heart rate up and work the entire body.
Burpees are actually a move I kind of love. They're terrible and make me want to throw up after doing a bunch of them but I sort of love how they kick my butt. I also really love hiit workouts because they're quick (pretty much my main reason for loving them) and are great for fat burning. Give this video a try and let me know how it goes for you down in the comments below!
I was really impressed with how well the bra and attachable "little black box" from OMsignal held up during all my jumping around! It is an extremely useful tool for keeping track of all your info and I'll definitely be using it in the future. Here's my quick video run down about the bra itself:
Would you ever wear something like this? Might be really cool for a hot yoga class, too, just to see what the numbers are. I'd love to hear your thoughts down below!
