I have a tough time with bras, so when I find a good one, I tend to stock up. My problem is that I have a small torso size but a bigger cup size and I can rarely find anything that fits me perfectly. I thought I'd share a few of the things I look for when shopping for sports bras, and I'd love to hear what you look for down in the comments! My Siberian husky, Buckles, is now six and half years old and he's always been really energetic (it's the breed, really), so we've always been pretty active with him. When he was younger, we'd spend at least three hours a day exercising him.

I've been interested in activewear for what feels like forever.

I first started working in a gym when I was sixteen. Back then, and up until about three or four years ago, all my activewear was either black or grey (much like the rest of my closet, to be honest). I'm not really sure what changed, but lately, for yogawear, I find I gravitate toward more crazy prints and loud colors. Today I wanted to highlight some of my favorite pairs of printed leggings in case you're in the market.

I wanted to put together a little somethin' for my ladies who need a little extra support. I have weird body - small torso but large cup size, and sports bras and yoga tank tops rarely fit well (which is why you see the same few shirts on repeat on YBC #bloggerprobs). But I have recently come across a few bras which are incredible. I know how important a quality bra is so I thought I'd spread the word for any other women out there who still haven't found a great fit.

Today's guest post is from Jake, a 27 year old YBC reader from Salt Lake City, Utah. A few weeks ago, Jake had posted on the YBC Yoga Forum that he had found a solution to doing yoga on carpeted floors. His hard surface yoga platform has served him so well and was generating quite a little buzz on the forum that I thought I should ask if he'd be willing to share his step by step process with everyone on the blog. I started practicing yoga about three years ago, but only about a year ago is when I began taking it seriously. I went to a few local classes here and there to get a feel for then, and it wasn't until I started going to classes at Core Power that I really noticed my potential. Hot yoga will change your life, for sure!
