I am still going strong on the GAPS diet, and am still feeling great. I usually crave a sweet snack in the middle of the afternoon, but regular ice cream is out of the question, unfortunately. The good news is that I finally created the perfect ice cream consistency and have been experimenting with different flavors. Matcha is naturally caffeinated, so it's a nice pick-me-up, and the homemade yogurt in the recipe offers some probiotics as well.
