Hey hey, we're finally at week 4! How it is going for you guys? I feel like I've taken a step back, which sounds crazy given that my practice has been really consistent this month but with all the travel (i.e. sitting for long periods of time), I just feel super tight in the hips which is discouraging but whatever, it is what it is. :) Hopefully you're all feeling a little better than I am!
