Happy Monday, friends! What a crazy weekend it's been! On Saturday, I flew from Prague to Frankfurt, then from Frankfurt to Athens. I arrived super late, and got settled in around 2am. In the morning, I went to the port to meet up with our yoga retreat group and boarded the ferry to the Greek island of Sifnos. It is a charming little island with whitewashed buildings and narrow cobblestone walkways. Our venue is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the Aegean Sea (more pictures on instagram). We have a great group of people and we enjoyed getting to know each other over a big breakfast this morning after our meditation and morning practice.
Do you ever go somewhere or do something so extraordinary and out of the realm of what you normally see or do and feel like you might be dreaming? That's how I feel today - so full of gratitude for being with such a nice bunch of people, for the gorgeous venue and beautiful weather. Heart so full.
