It seems like just yesterday I was planning this yoga retreat in Greece, and it's finally here. I'll take off this weekend, and spend the night in Athens. The following morning I'll meet with our group and we'll take a ferry to the Greek island of Sifnos. I've never been to that particular island (read about my last trip to Greece here), but I have heard wonderful things so I am pretty excited.
Packing, to be honest, isn't my specialty. I tend to cram as much stuff as I can into a carry-on because I loathe waiting for my luggage once the plane lands. Also, how much of a boss do you feel like when you stroll on outta the airport while everyone else is waiting at the baggage claim?! Not very yogic, I know. This time, I am considering checking a bag because I really want to bring my tripod for my camera. We'll see.
In the meantime, I'm dreaming of packing the following...
But I know the reality is that I'll actually be bringing: yoga clothes, a bathing suit and some travel size cosmetics (I use coconut oil as body lotion and sunscreen - it really works!). Oh, and I can't forget my favorite travel yoga mat.
On October 12, after our retreat, I'll be going back to Athens to teach a class at Bhavana studio, so if you're local, you're invited to join!
Let's talk What's the last vacation you took? What was the best part? Where did you go? What did you do?
Related There are just a few spaces left at our Costa Rica retreat! And, if you're close to Miami or Jacksonville, Florida and are interested in attending a workshop with me, let me know so I can keep you posted as details emerge.
